The hotel's location is pretty good, with easy access to the Ealing Broadway Underground and great dining options nearby. The rooms, though a bit stuffy, were okay, but the service was lacking in some aspects. The dining experience was standard, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I stayed at a hotel that was located in a convenient spot, close to public transport and within walking distance of restaurants. Arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by a lovely staff member wearing her Easter ears and offering chocolates for the kids. The room exceeded my expectations for this price category, especially after opting for the 'super' room. However, it wasn't as spacious as rooms I've had in other hotels.
